5hours into Crimson Desert and Idk how I feel. There is no real story, the gameplay is so far a hack and slash with nice graphics. Its like Assassins Creed+The Witcher with the main Character being Jon Snow from GOT. I mean literally the plot is Jon snow. First, you die, you get revived, you fight in the north, and resemble "Wolves". You get guided by a white crow and end up getting a Black Crow flight ability AND the literal first boss you fight is King Geoffry with a Lannister pin 💀 .

So I'm curious what your source is for that data. You have to be careful what you're asking your AI assistant (I'm going to assume you didn't get the data yourself). If you ask: "is viewership down after the olympics?" this isn't a good framing for data analysis. Here's a better one: 1 - is viewership in the NHL up or down post NHL break relative to YoY comparisons around January through March? and then if you wanna go a step further: 2 - is viewership in the NHL up or down post NHL olympic break relative to olympic year comparisons where the NHL did NOT compete (2018, 2022, etc.) adjusting for time of year, etc. In both of those framings (1 and 2) the answer is NHL viewership is modestly up.

@blaustoise The NHL did not convert any of the Olympic fervor into actual viewership; it dropped post-Olympics. The PWHL on the other hand increased viewership significantly post-Olympics. It is growing fast in spite of NHL lunacy, lunacy being inclusive of and beyond the MAGA cuck fallout.

I feel like this isn't "cleaning up mistakes" but rather is joint marketing for both the NHL and the PWHL. The NHL is over 30x the size of the PWHL, and sharing the spotlight with the stars of the women's USA gold team is a good thing imo I hope that a lot of the passionate twitter discussions on hockey are also converting that energy into support of the PHWL (I became a Boston fan for Frankel and Keller) and helping grow the women's league

@Gunther17477160 I think this is a common perspective on twitter / online spaces. But the people I interact with at the rink I play at (both men and women), college friends that asked me about my trip to milan, ex-coworkers I've talked to... no one has brought up any of that.

@blaustoise i think its more of a "clean up their current image and PR" since currently the mens teams look misogynistic and the fact that the Hughes are maga adds to the dirtied image. its a "see? look at the hughes bros with hilary and megan being all buddy-buddy. we're all friends here"
