@KaelNgu Hmm. Great Advice, well so... I'll just learn 3d as well as practice drawing in 2d, so I can understand shapes, designs,etc better.

@blaze60431 3D actually helped me to enhance my drawing skills as you'll understand better how things work in 3D, and I still go back to manually draw them, because thats what I enjoy the most at the end of the day. Just do what you love and you'll strive at it 😁

@KaelNgu Oh nice, I am struggling at it, because I usually don't draw them,so I am learning 3d for it

@blaze60431 I did use 3D for certain recurring scenes so I can keep the look consistent, but other than that I quite enjoy drawing backgrounds from scratch 😅

@KaelNgu Ohk alright, but isn't it more time saving to use 3d models of you have to create those backgrounds again and again?

this might be the first time i'm drawing something original and indian. btw there is a word for these of eyes in marathi, 'ghaare dode'. i love it when i meet people with these types of eyes😍😍😍

@krsna1056 Could be, but I find for that it's best to try out different ideas beforehand on a note so later when we don't feel the previous set up we can change it within less time

@blaze60431 it's not like that. yes emotional point becomes numb on multiple read through but if a scene or character is well written, it would still retain its basic value even if in a dull sense.
it clearly is the lack of skill on my part that i am unable to present a good story

after re-reading the storyboards, i realized that my one-shot had a big problem. the character wasn't relatable. it might have been due to the page limit but i guess i'll rewrite it. i guess the saying true; 'joh hota hai sab bhale ke liye hi hota hai'

@blaze60431 If you’re just starting with 3D and that’s your intended use case, I’d strongly recommend Blender!
It has a big advantage in terms of accessibility and cost.
I’d say Maya is more something to consider if your goal is professional work or getting into the industry 😊
