We see how each time he started using DA he went from getting outmatched to fairly relative. Now imagine if he combined that with true form. All he needs is to last a few seconds longer in DE clash, and he wins

Sure it minimizes effects but don’t nullify them and only for a period of time. In his true form, it would probably go down just like it did with hanami, only longer bc of Sukuna’s CE

And the only reason UV hits is because of a 0.01 seconds difference. You're telling me if he focused on DA and with true form it wouldn't make a 0.01 seconds difference?
