@waifishlesbian @diarexiaa the only disadvantage to weight loss short people have is having a lower bmr and storing weight/fat easier. but thats about how you eat not your primary base construction
English

@blehbleurgh @diarexiaa you just contradicted yourself in this very comment bro... saying taller people have more bone density and then saying height doesnt play a factor. right. also height has a lot to do with fat distribution itself queen...
English

@waifishlesbian @diarexiaa i used it as a hypocritical example to your argument?????? short people can have denser bones than tall people and tall people can have crappy distribution to short people. this is just cope
English

@waifishlesbian @diarexiaa the same example can be used for tall people because they have more bone density cuz they're tall LOL. bone density and fat distribution do actually play into how bmi is perceived on different bodies but it's not height
English

@blehbleurgh @diarexiaa correct... but it wasnt created for short ppl, especially not short women. this is from the ai overview (unfortunately) but the sources check out and its a simple explanation. (not that you need a simple one, but yk lol)

English

@waifishlesbian @diarexiaa bmi = weight/height²
your height is already taken in as a factor
English

@diarexiaa 5'-5'3: mid 14s-low 15s
5'4-5'7: low 15s-low 16s
5'8+: mid 16s-low 17s
also obviously depends on body composition n bone structure but those are my guesstimates.
