On peut être favorable ou opposé à ce texte, vouloir l’amender ou non, le voter ou non : c’est le débat démocratique. Mais refuser ne serait-ce que d’en débattre, c’est priver le Parlement d’une discussion essentielle, au moment même où le contexte international impose de répondre à l’urgence. Ce n’est ni responsable, ni sérieux. Avec l’actualisation de la LPM, le budget des armées aura été multiplié par deux entre 2017 et 2027.
