@UncJrVarsitySqd @dom9041543 @SenbakG @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy Chud has officially been charged with attempted murder, among other crimes, so we might actually get to see how this self-defense argument plays out. I’m still waiting for the entire video, but from what I’ve seen, Chud was on top of the other guy at the end of the altercation.

@UncJrVarsitySqd @michaelbhunt12 @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy Since we’re in a pissing content why don’t we post our MPRE scores while we’re at it? At least I have that on hand (I think). How about our LSAT? Also, wise attorneys have told me that any score above the passing score is time wasted. Is flexing a UBE score really that cool?

@UncJrVarsitySqd @michaelbhunt12 @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy It’s hard for me to believe the great state of Illinois admitted someone who doesn’t know the difference between “right” and “write” to its bar. Nevertheless, I never claimed to be a practicing attorney. I am a lawyer, like I said, scheduled to sit for the bar in two months.

@UncJrVarsitySqd @michaelbhunt12 @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy Genuinely, even through an anonymous social media profile, you can’t pass for an attorney because you’re too stupid. You can’t write a sentence… how can anyone expect you to analyze precedent or prepare a brief/memo or a review a contract?

@UncJrVarsitySqd @michaelbhunt12 @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy “Right my user at and I’ll right yours on a posted note.” You are not an attorney 😂 If you are, the state that admitted you needs to re-evaluate its minimum requirements. You don’t know the difference between “write” and “right,” or between a “posted note” and a “post-it note”

@bless22912 @NickMDraco @HarrisonHSmith I think he has a viable self defense case. Idk why pump clipped that part out of the stream but someone rushes over after the gunshots go off and Chud tells this person to get him off of him. Chud didn’t provoke, he literally told the guy “hope his day gets better” and walks away

@Carlosdacherry @Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy I’ve already enlightened you by informing you of the “reasonable belief of imminent danger requirement.” You’ll sound very smart if you bring it up in separate discussions. Please enlighten me on the complex concept of a “sucker punch.” I’m sure it’s tough to grasp.

@NickMDraco @pnwbox @HarrisonHSmith And the legal standard is not whether Chud could completely rule out the possibility. The legal standard is whether Chud’s could have had a “reasonable” fear of imminent death or serious bodily harm. Reasonableness is an objective standard based on the circumstances.

@NickMDraco @pnwbox @HarrisonHSmith If they were threatening, Chud wouldn’t have approached them first. He admitted on stream to approaching them Great argument to make in court: “The guy who punched me was extremely deranged and with a group. I thought my death was imminent, so I approached them” You’re retarded

@Jay138946542390 @CBHeresy It’s so funny when non-lawyers try to do legal analysis on X. You’re all retarded. Getting sucker punched does not morally or legally justify taking away the life away of the puncher. Self-defense requires a reasonable belief of imminent death or serious bodily harm.

@NickMDraco @pnwbox @HarrisonHSmith You can’t kill someone in self-defense merely because they “sucker punch” you. To use a stand-you-ground law as protection, a person must have a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury from the attacker. A fist fight could very well not meet that legal standard.

@davidjslawson1 @TheJusticeDept @USAO_MDTN With your legal training, you should understand that State X has no obligation to allow you, a State Y resident, to keep the same job you had in State Y should you choose to move to State X. You should have attended an accredited school, you might have actually learned the law.

@TheJusticeDept @USAO_MDTN I attended a California law school that was not accredited by the ABA. I passed the same Bar exam as every other California attorney. But, unlike California attorneys who attended ABA schools, I am not allowed to practice in any other state. Fair?

The ABA’s cartel-like control over law school accreditation drives up costs, limits access, and pushes ridiculous ideological mandates over merit. Ending the Tennessee Supreme Court’s exclusive reliance will expand opportunity AND lower costs. Great work @USAO_MDTN, @JusticeATR, and @FTC!
