@blessinggreg yeah me too; soon as I palm it and I can tell the weight too in my hand. Don't all ballers start by palming to get their fingers stretched? Can palm both balls, with girls I feel like a Mexican Connie Hawkins!
Easy to tell as soon as you shoot first airball because it's light.

Flashbacks of the showdown between Crenshaw and Mater Dei in the 1986 SoCal D1 Final, only reverse. Played the entire first half with a girls ball. Shaw didn’t lose in state and ended a MD 59-game winning streak.

With 6:16 left in the first quarter of the Division I final, somebody figured out they were using a boys basketball and switched to the girls basketball. Not as bad as six players on the court.

Birmingham in Division III and Sylmar in Division V have the chance to become the first ever City Section teams from the San Fernando Valley to win a state title in boys basketball.

Sylmar hoops is so old school it might just leave 4-5 am Friday morning, play the 2 pm title game, leave the arena at 4:45 pm, hit In-N-Out on the way back and be home before the day is over

Rasheed Wallace did not play at Oak Hill Academy as a senior. Also Jerry Stackhouse was at The Hill in 1992-93, as a senior.
