Microsoft Takes over Stargate Norway Data Center from OpenAI - Bloomberg Microsoft Corp. has agreed to rent data center capacity at a site in Norway that was initially intended for OpenAI and marketed as part of the artificial intelligence company’s Stargate initiative. OpenAI had initially been in talks for capacity to run its artificial intelligence workloads at the campus, but didn’t conclude an agreement with Nscale, according to people familiar with the discussions. Microsoft will rent additional Nvidia Corp. Vera Rubin chips from neocloud provider Nscale at a campus inside the arctic circle in Narvik, Norway, building on a prior commitment Microsoft made at the same site.

🔥 $ONDS — Update: The July $13 call has company. September just took over the grid.
Last week the dominant bet was a single July conviction call at $13 on a $10 stock. This week the July flow has faded and September has replaced it across three strikes, with the largest green cell now anchored at $13 for September with the stock near $12.
The September column doesn't stop at $13 — calls at $20 for the same expiry sit further up the grid, extending the implied move to a 67% run from current price.
$13 is the first September target. $20 is what the calls above it are pricing in.
Does $ONDS clear $13 by September or is the $20 call just the most optimistic bet on the board?

🌊 $ONDS — Down -14% today and the options market already priced in the recovery. $ONDS had an almost identical crash mid-window — same size drop, same price level. Flow collapsed to zero alongside it. Then, flow recovered first, price followed. Today, price dropped the same amount. But flow never left ~750,000. It didn't collapse and recover — it just stayed there the entire time. That's the difference. Last time, the options market had to work its way back to 750,000 before the bounce happened. This time, it never left. The market is already positioned where it was right before the last recovery — without going through the panic first. Same destination. The tape skipped the panic.
