@blh_mohamedd @AdiD3v @X Distribution is the part everyone underestimates. For LaunchStack, I’d be curious if the first wedge is helping builders pick channels or actually doing the repeated weekly execution with them.

@kushmergedeck @X Thanks! 🚀
I’m building LaunchStack, an AI copilot that helps indie founders with distribution.
The idea came after launching a few projects and realizing that getting users is much harder than building the product itself.
What about you?

@hellojaibu @X Building LaunchStack 🚀
AI made building easier.
Distribution became the bottleneck.
Trying to help founders go from:
“Nobody knows my product exists”
to
“I have a repeatable growth system.”

@Crypto4445 Building LaunchStack 🚀
After talking to dozens of founders, one thing became clear:
AI made building easier.
Distribution became the bottleneck.

@NikhilKagita_ @X Building LaunchStack 🚀
An AI copilot for indie founders.
Started after realizing that building a product is easier than getting users.
Trying to solve the “I launched but nobody came” problem.

@pranavtheaiguy @X Hey 👋
Building an AI tool for indie founders.
Spending more time talking to users and learning marketing than coding these days

Say hi & let's grow together! 🤝
English

@itsaaroshi Working on LaunchStack.
Started because I kept seeing founders spend months building and then struggle to get their first users.
Trying to solve that problem.

@Shammah_Jnr @egorkabantsov @X Eventually both.
But right now I’m focused on helping founders get their first consistent distribution system.
Most founders don’t need more channels.
They need a repeatable process they can execute all week.
Visibility is the starting point. Repeatable acquisition is the goal.
English

@blh_mohamedd @egorkabantsov @X Are you focusing LaunchStack on helping founders get initial visibility, or on building repeatable acquisition channels?
English

@Shammah_Jnr @egorkabantsov @X That’s exactly what I’m discovering while talking to founders.
Most don’t have a product problem.
They have an attention problem.
The hard part isn’t finding users.
It’s consistently showing up where they already are.
English

@blh_mohamedd @egorkabantsov @X Feels like distribution is becoming the new moat. AI has made building easier, but getting users is still the bottleneck. The founders seeing growth seem to be the ones who pick a very specific audience and consistently show up where those users already spend time.

Posted on Reddit asking:
"Where did your first customers come from?"
Got 2.3k views and dozens of replies.
Biggest takeaway:
Founders don't struggle to build anymore.
They struggle to get attention.
That's exactly why I'm building lauchstack.dev.

@RoyInProgress Building LaunchStack 🚀
After shipping a few projects, I realized building isn't the hard part.
Distribution is.
Helping indie hackers get their first users.

@0xnyxen Hi !! I'me building LaunchStack right now.
Learning that building the product is the easy part.
Distribution is where the real game starts 😅
Always happy to connect with other indie hackers.
