Xen is hiring a Community / Social Lead 👀 Looking for someone who: - Lives online - Understands Fortnite, Call of Duty, and modern gaming culture - Understands creators + trends - Knows Discord/Twitter/TikTok ecosystems can create hype and momentum This is NOT a normal social media job. You’d help: - Organize creator streams/events - Host community nights - Grow the Xen community - Help script trend-based TikToks - Reply/interact with the community - Create social posts and ideas for X/IG - Turn moments into movements Experience is preferred, but running your own gaming/community/social page absolutely counts. Fortnite knowledge is especially important, but understanding gaming/creator culture overall is a huge plus. Xen has 45M+ followers and reaches billions of views yearly.
