Blitz App

With the number of support issues we have had, we have decided to remove Blitz from sale until we have a product worth selling. Sorry.

Blitz 2.0.1 is now in the App Store. Should fix some crashes.

Blitz 2.0.1 submitted today. (again, because @Arclite is a moron) Fixes a crash some people were having when opening the menu.

@daveverwer Thanks for aggregating that data! Blitz works by controlling CPU usage through app suspension.
