@BlizzardCS Last week I received six Ascendant Voidshards. Starting the latter half of last week Ascendant Voidshards stopped dropping in the Nightmare Preys and for the Bountiful Delves 11. I ran my first Bountiful Delve 11 this morning after the reset and nothing dropped. What am I missing.

@BlizzardCS when I started it this is what came up, I usually just have to click the play button to start the game, but now it requires me to enter my age and when I do this is what comes up

@1gorillatank Can you try restarting your computer to see if that helps? Doing so can stop instances of whatever programs are running in the background that could be preventing you from logging in. ^JH

@BlizzardCS Game won't let me in since servers came up stuck at logging into server etc over and over

@BlizzardCS hey divas, so why are some people including myself banned? when we have gotten no email and our accounts for OW are still listed as active with no penalties on battle.net? this is crazy

@BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent When I try to open overwatch its saying account banned but I have no email about the ban and when I go to check active penalties there's nothing My Tag is Txrles#1924

@BlizzardCS I did so and its still happening, ive had an “account banned” button on the launcher page of overwatch since season 1 mid but people told me it was just a random bug. Game has been fine until now
