@GrantSchroeder I don't believe a Game Master would be able to award items you should have received in this situation, but I would definitely encourage putting in a bug report so our QA team can look into it. ~V

@BlizzardCS Hi, I killed ?? Nullaeus but was never rewarded the hero and gilded crests. Can this be looked into? I can't submit a ticket as it's forever stuck on the loading screen

@BlizzardCS so recently i had my account recovered, however its locked behind an authenticator. im using my current authenticator that i had attached to my other account that i made to make a ticket. how do i disable the authenticator on the old one w/o logging in

@BlizzardCS Then it kicks me back to my character screen and the faction change icon is now stuck next to the toon I was trying to change. It won’t let me finish the faction change or use the faction change on another toon. It’s locked to that toon but won’t process lol

@BlizzardCS is there an issue with Faction changes? I’ve tried multiple times and when I complete it I get a server error and get returned to the character screen. However that faction change doesn’t reset and the icon stuck beside that character.

@slatt5_ Not exactly. You need to have gold on a single realm, it cannot be stored in your Warbank, it must be on your characters. blizz.ly/4lEz9rA ~V

@BlizzardCS Why is there no option to report someone for botting? When you right click their name there is only 2 options from the drop down menu. inappropriate communication and inappropriate name?
