This might be the first #fluoroless CTI ablation using #Pulseselect #PFA catheter. Pt developed AFL after PFA PVI. Used #ICE to position the extended array on the CTI leading with the wire in the RV & ensure contact. First pulse terminated AFL. No spasm, no NTG needed #medinbox

Our first use of #OTNearField and #EmphasisMaps hit the mark! Re-do PVI showed isolated left veins with FF voltage from the LAA correctly hidden with peak frequency emphasis. After touch up, OT NF vectors showed us leak in the right carina 🎯 #AbbottEP @HanyDemo
