Jennifer Lawrence says she'd lose a race to Emma Stone... but she'd definitely win a fight. Amy Poehler: "What's the coldest day you've ever had on set?" Jennifer Lawrence: "Coldest was one of the Hunger Games movies where I was on a frozen lake, but it was actually in Calgary doing Die, My Love. " "It was August, so it was supposed to be warm, and there weren't any warming coats or anything. I was just in a T-shirt or whatever. That was the coldest. It broke my heart. It made me want to cry." Amy Poehler: "You did cry because you were so cold?" Jennifer Lawrence: "I didn't cry on set. I cried in my trailer to Justine. She was like, "What's wrong?" And I was like, "I'm just feeling really cold." "But I was pregnant... and I just remembered. Yeah. Of course I cried. I probably cried every day." Amy Poehler: "What was the hottest day on set?" Jennifer Lawrence: "I think it was the first Hunger Games. We were shooting in North Carolina. It was humid, and we had those jackets on. Running in those jackets." Amy Poehler: "Speaking of running... who would win in a foot race, you or Emma Stone?" Jennifer Lawrence: "She's got, like, really tiny bones, and I just have very thick bones. " Amy Poehler: "So what does that mean for running?" Jennifer Lawrence: "That's hard to know, because thinner bones... she might be faster out of the gate." Amy Poehler: "I think if you got a clock in, you'd knock her out in two seconds." Jennifer Lawrence: "I mean, I could take her out. If it was, like, a fight or a wrestle, she'd stun me. But running? I don't know. I don't know if her hollow bones give her an advantage." Amy Poehler: "What's your go-to Karaoke?" Jennifer Lawrence: "Any Man of Mine" by Shania Twain.

She got pregnant, found out the man she loved might be her brother... and they still planned to get married Judge: "Your family pulled you aside and said, 'Whatever you've got going on... stop. He might be your brother?'" Ms. McArthur: "Yes, ma'am." Judge: "You were already in a relationship?" Ms. McArthur: "Yes, ma'am." Judge: "And your family wanted you to end it?" Ms. McArthur: "We did... for a while. We tried to. But our feelings were too strong for each other." Judge: "So you got back together?" Ms. McArthur: "We had sex two more times after that." Judge: "And now you're pregnant?" Ms. McArthur: "Yes, ma'am." Judge: "When you found out, what was the conversation?" Ms. McArthur:: "I told him I had siblings I'd never met because my father never took a DNA test for them. We always assumed they weren't really his kids." Judge: "And the whole time..." Ms. McArthur: "I had no idea he could actually be my brother." Judge: "How does that make you feel?" Ms. McArthur:: "Disgusted. Scared. Angry." Judge: "Angry at who?" Ms. McArthur:: "At my father and his mother. If they had told us the truth, none of this would've ever happened." Judge: "You're right about that. How does the relationship stand right now between the two of you?" Mr veals: "it was already too late. We already had those feelings." "And we already had a nice friendship or whatever, We just vibed that way. she like my other half. I really do I love her too" Ms. McArthur:: "I still love him." Judge: "So, you were making plans to get married. You wanted to marry him. And you wanted to marry her?" Mr. Veals: "I do, your honor."

A woman overheard her husband telling his friends he "downgraded" by marrying her. Caller: "We're newlyweds. After our honeymoon, my husband was on a video call with his friends. I went for a walk, but I forgot something and came back." "They thought I'd already left. One of his friends asked if my looks were still a problem for him." "He said he loved me... but that he usually likes lighter-skinned, slimmer girls." "Then someone asked if he felt like he'd downgraded from his ex." JohnDelony: "What did he say?" Caller: "...He said maybe." JohnDelony: "Oh..." Caller: "It's been five weeks... and nothing has felt the same since."ŕ

Matthew McConaughey gave Timothée Chalamet one piece of advice he never forgot. Timothée Chalamet: "What did you learn from Nolan?" Matthew McConaughey: "Nolan is my favorite director to this day." Timothée Chalamet: "The Dark Knight made me want to act. Inception inspired me. When I read Interstellar, I thought it was going to change the world." "But I learned just as much from you as I did from him. You both treated the work as something sacred." Matthew McConaughey: "Nolan was the first one up the hill every morning and the last one down every night. He never made something simple complicated." Timothée Chalamet: "On Interstellar, there were scenes where I was floating in space. Instead of using expensive equipment, he'd hold the gimbal himself." He'd say, "It's a waste of money. What I learned in independent filmmaking is still the best way to get this shot." Matthew McConaughey: "What stayed with me wasn't just watching you perform. It was how prepared you were." Timothée Chalamet: "I remember coming to set one day, and you looked at me and asked: "How does that tractor work over there?" "I had no idea. I laughed, and you said: "No... you should know. If you were on this farm, you would know." "I went back to my hotel that night, printed out pages of research, and learned everything I could about that tractor. That changed the way I prepare." "When we did Dune, I studied every button on the spacecraft control panel. I wanted to know what every switch did, even if the audience would never know." Matthew McConaughey: "That's our job. To create a world that feels real." "Take more risks.." "In the creative arts, it's not about being right. If you're right all the time, you're probably not taking enough risks." "Don't be afraid to look foolish. Because once you're willing to embrace that... nobody can stop you."

Caller: we make $300,000 a year but can’t afford to pay for our kids college. Rachel Cruze: Yeah, for sure. Yeah, the affordability of college, um, is tough. So we, you know, we find that, you know, we are not a, um, proponent of any kind of debt, Joseph. So no, we will say no to the Parent PLUS loan. And we’re about going to a school that, um, that everyone can afford. And it sounds like you guys can’t afford this college. Caller: Right.

Father and son built a $3 million business from scratch. Now the father owns 51%, doesn't work in the company... ...but still takes $20,000 every month. The son says he's reached his breaking point. Caller: "My dad doesn't participate in the business anymore. He just keeps taking the money, and I feel like I can't grow the company because so much of the profit goes to him." Dave Ramsey: "You have to separate ownership from employment." Dave Ramsey: "Someone can own part of a company without working there. That's perfectly fine. But someone who doesn't work there should not be getting a salary. You're running a $3 million company. You should be paid like the CEO first." Caller: "Right now we both just take about $20,000 a month." Dave Ramsey: "That's the problem. You've completely mixed up salary and ownership. Get yourself on payroll as the CEO. Then whatever is left is profit.. and profits get split between the owners." Caller: "I agree." Dave Ramsey: "Once that's fixed, then you can have the conversation about buying him out."

Dave Ramsey Bluntly Tells Woman Stuck With Her Cheating Ex's $8,000 Engagement Ring Debt: "Sell the Rings" John Delony: We got an email from Sierra. She called off her wedding after finding out her fiancé had been cheating. Now she's stuck paying for $8,000 engagement rings that are financed in her name, and he's refusing to help. She's wondering if she should refinance the debt. John Delony: First, I'm proud of you for walking away. But don't say, "He talked me into financing the rings." Say, "I chose to do it." Taking ownership gives you the power to move forward. John Delony: And don't refinance the debt. Taking out another loan will only make the problem worse. Dave Ramsey: Sell the rings. Get whatever you can for them, apply it to the balance, and then work as fast as you can to pay off the rest. That's the fastest way out.

Tim Dillon says demonizing child labor was a huge mistake and his reasoning is more comedic than it sounds. His concern: young people have no direction, no purpose, and no productive outlet. His description of the result is pure Tim Dillon “demonic, monstrous, black-eyed, nihilistic, vampires, clout-chasing, running around.” "We've demonized in this country child labor. And it was the biggest mistake that we ever made. We demonized children working. What a fucking mistake."

A father who paid for his kids' college and cars asked Dave Ramsey if they now owe him financial help." Caller: My wife and I put our kids through college, bought them cars, and supported them until they moved out. “ We still pay their phone bills, even though our oldest is a doctor and our youngest is a manager. They both make six figures.” “Last year, we were hit by a flash flood and then a house fire. We had to cash-flow the repairs, and now all we have left is two car loans and a $47,000 mortgage.” “Our kids make four or five times more than we do, but they told us, "Dave Ramsey says to let you sink or swim because your debt is your responsibility." “Are we wrong for asking them to help, or are they misunderstanding your advice?” Dave ramsey : First of all, it's weird that you're still paying your grown kids' phone bills. And you know whose fault that is? Yours.” “You should've stopped paying those bills when they moved out.” “Second, when you raise your kids, pay for their college, and buy them a car... that's your job as a parent. “Your children are not in debt to you because you did what a mother or father is supposed to do. “I've never taught that parents should "sink or swim." What I teach is that your children are not morally or ethically obligated to take care of you. “Now, if they love you, see you're in a tough spot, and want to help you, that's wonderful. “But that's completely different from believing they owe you because you were their dad.

A married woman says the man who hit her car became the person she couldn’t stop texting. Caller: I was in a minor bumper-to-bumper accident. We exchanged information with a stranger which turned into a friendly conversation. Caller: Then it turned into a texting conversation. I’m happily married, and I never would’ve thought I’d do something like this. Caller: The only thing holding us back is that we’re an hour apart. That’s why I haven’t physically done anything to destroy my marriage, but the conversation keeps going through the phone. John Delony: This is like a movie you’d find under your neighbor’s bed when you were a kid. Tell me how I can help, do you want to rebuild your marriage or do you want to be with this guy? Caller: I want to be with my spouse but I can’t. I kind of want both, but I want my spouse more because I love him. Caller: I just don’t know how to end something I never thought I would do. John Delony: You hit delete, you block him, you never contact him again. Then you sit down with your spouse and be honest about what’s happened. Caller: I don’t know if I can be honest with my spouse, I feel like it would open up a jealousy issue. John Delony: Of course it should, the whole thing is a fantasy from an emotionally charged moment. John Delony: Why in the world would the person who hit you on the highway text you the next day and ask how you were? Caller: I don’t know, I guess it was nice, I guess I felt desired and I hadn’t felt that in a while. John Delony: He hit you with his car, I would’ve thought, “This person’s trying to make sure I don’t sue him.” Not ooh
