E0S0 Mono rem is bad as hell, phainon has the privilege of having a goated e2 so that’s why he’s very good at lower costs. If you sssume nle (no limited eidolons) at 8 cost castorice becomes better but it’s not enough to have half a tier

@laumapilled_ remembrance gets shilled but so does phainon because phainon gets free ult and can kill lygus’ mechanic with only counters. Lygus also just happens to have physical weakness and becomes a single target after the aoe wave is done perfect for a bounce skill. Pretty convenient

@Preiox @xXScareMASTERXx @jj__yy13 quite the opposite. Evernight Cyrene is stronger than castorice at lower cost but at higher costs castorice is undisputed best dps (around like 10-11 cost is when she reaches this)
