Roblox should remove this requirement for Verified Groups and users. To even get verification, you need to meet similar requirements for playtime and engaged users anyway.
Much more leeway should be given to verified creators.

For one of our brand new games we just launched I have spent $370 on ads and we only have 70 out of 500, despite having 30k+ visits. The average dev is genuinely cooked 💀

and they screwed over alot of people for “safety”
example; basically the entire tower game and tiered obby community doesnt meet the player requirement and one had to cut content and issue a final update just before the changes to eligibility happened

Opinion: Roblox did know how to immediately solve a lot of the child safety issues, but instead they had to balance people’s enjoyment of the platform and safety. And they did it darn well.
Most exploitation took place off-platform. People just fail to recognize this.

I keep seeing people on this god damn platform saying stuff like "aw well this is what 🫵YOU wanted". No bitch, when we asked for Roblox to act on predators, we never meant restrict everything to hell, hiring more moderators would've avoided all of this.

Roblox ban appeal service RoAppeal is currently facing scam accusations from a user who claims it failed to deliver results. The service says it uses AI to draft and submit appeals to Roblox's official support system in an attempt to help users get unbanned from the platform.
