So after we decide not to employ people and rely on AI for everything, what happen if AI increase the minimum subscription to something around $500/m with no free access? What's the risk mitigation strategy for this?

Business owners just have to do things the way our banks do it . Have multiple checks and balances to discourage fraud and if something still slips through, be extremely ruthless and heavy handed.

Femi Okenla, owner of Ibis Ikeja Hotel, admits that Expatriates have a better work ethnic than Nigerians. He says he employs them to head critical operations in his company than Nigerians. In the hospitality industry, if you employ a Nigerian General Manager, they can create a cartel

You’ve talked about receiving donations and help for your health challenges. Yet continue to diss poor people at every turn.

@Officially_Kriz @chrisoguguoo Politicians aren't 9 - 5ers and they don't work in the private sector. How about the employer pay people well rather than employing those that they can exploit. Why will they quit when the can steal from the company? The best u'll do is to sack them. It's cheaper to pay well.

@markessien True. However, the "complexity" of trucking in Nigeria is overstated. It's simply a low trust issue. Not a competence thing.

There are some businesses that are so operationally complex that you cannot add them to your business as a way to save money. For example, it is cheaper to own your own trucks if your business needs logistics, but the attention that sub business will take from you will kill your main business. Every time you own the entire stack, you create a pocket of complexity that can be very very expensive in terms of attention need.

The Swiss red card is a product of doing the right thing at the wrong time by the ref. One or both of Martinez & Paredes should’ve seen yellow earlier in the game. But since the ref failed to caution them, he was forced to caution in a circumstance that didn’t warrant a yellow.

@OmolewaAbraham while fighting ipob, they mount checkpoints, harrass young men, burn houses etc, those of us from the east have seen these things, there are routes you'd take if you get to the checkpoint you'll come down and handsup and use leg to pass, its only in the North that lack teeth.

I’m learning new things in the US everyday. I was in one city sometime ago and went out to get some bottles of beer at about 6:05pm only to be denied because, apparently, it’s too late. It’s the first time I got to know that 6pm is the deadline for buying alcohol in that city.😀

If and when the dust finally settles on Nigeria, the biggest losers will be the Niger Delta. Decades of military occupation, land degradation, foolish politicians and local monarchs who are loyal to their stomach, and severe underdevelopment, despite feeding the nation.
