okay rules cus i never did it (decided to up my intake today bc now im being force fed breakfast) - try to avoid animal products - ATLEAST 20k steps - wrkt both morning at be4 bed following the workout playlist i use (45 ish mins) - <500c - as much protein & fiber as possible
