In this flow, the U.S. companies get consumer money through tariff related price increases on their products, while suing the government to reduce the tariffs & seek a refund for what the consumers paid in price increases but paid out to the company & not the people that paid it.

So with these Tariff lawsuits by U.S. companies against the Trump admin, if the cost was being passed on to U.S. citizens by raising product costs, why would a refund go to companies in the middle and not the people that paid the cost?

The Trump White House’s use of AI in the first year had been a primary reason AI outlook has tanked so significantly in the same timeframe. People see it used this way by the highest office and tap out.
