@th_willenbrink Bluecode funktioniert als Europäische Plattform technisch, rechtlich, & kommerziell im Sinne der Teilnehmer. Banken & Händler müssen weder in Bau, Weiterentwicklung noch Operations investieren. Banken verdienen mehr als bei ICSs. Händler zahlen weniger. Alle können teilnehmen.
