@zaracottrill If you’re not happy with the NHBC response you can then escalate to Financial Ombudsman Service or the Consumer Code for Homebuilders. Painting the bath is a bit cheeky!
@zaracottrill If you’ve got a more general snagging issue you can employ a surveyor to do a snagging survey for you, and they may find snags you otherwise wouldn’t notice. If TW don’t resolve satisfactorily then you can escalate to NHBC.
