I’m confused. If you say you are never in your email anymore but you are regularly in Slack or your client portal’s chat, what have you really accomplished? You are still spending just as much time messaging with your team and clients, just using a different medium. What am I missing here?

I bill on fixed fees, but I pay independent contractors on an hourly basis…. So I’m living in both worlds. I just disagree with the premise that time tracking does nothing to help an accounting manager determine if someone is avoiding working…. when you’re at a firm with multiple partners, your work may not be getting done because they are working on someone else’s stuff….. and the best people will be given the most projects.

You must bill hourly therefore you need time tracking. 100% sure Logan bills on fixed fees instead of time.

@LoganGrafTax All that being said, I hate tracking time so much that I refuse to do it accept on specific consulting engagements and I’m doing it for my own benefit so I can avoid scope creep, and Bill that time to my client

Quick @NotionHQ hack for >1 form submits: add a toggle block. drop your form inside. add a heading that's obvious like "Close + reopen this toggle to refresh the form". That way if it's shared the person knows how to submit more than once.
