On 25th April I purchased a 1.5 ton bluestar AC from flipkart. Within a week AC not colling. Flipkart technician said there is indoor union fault and it is a manufacturing defect contact to bluestar wheras Bluestar said go to flipkart.

Extremely disappointed with @BlueStarIndia's service. I own 2 Blue Star ACs, and both have been non-functional since May 10th. Despite making over 50 calls, the issue remains unresolved. I get daily false promises that a technician will visit 'today' or 'tomorrow.'

Wah @VijaySales @BlueStarLtd We have bought AC and 3rd day it’s stopped working, we complaint then technician said, “Gas Kam Hai” refill hogi, Gas refill karne me 10 days laga diye. Now again it’s stopped working and nobody is looking into this.

On 22nd May, we registered a complaint for a @BlueStarLtd 2 Ton AC during peak summer heat. Today, on 27th May — after 5 whole days — their team finally calls asking, “Where do you want the service?”
This is the level of service from Blue Star. A complete joke.
