@tedwheeler Hey Ted, why don’t you go down to the riots at midnight one night, when it’s all hot and heavy, and address your sweet little town of peaceful protestors. Then, maybe you’d have a different opinion on the federal agents protecting the courthouse from mayhem.

We know it’s not enough. We will continue advocating to our state and federal partners to bring more resources to our region.

Today, Portland City Council approved more than $114 million in CARES Act funds to be distributed among programs and bureaus throughout Portland that will support housing stability, food security, small businesses, our unsheltered neighbors, and arts and culture.

Riot Ribs are the Portland equivalent of our Riot Kitchen and have had feds continuously trash their stuff. Remember: these folks are simply handing out food! Trashing supplies is meant to drain us of resources, money and to harass us.

After the feds cleared the crowds from the park, they went rummaging through the Riot Ribs food area. Organizers say they threw food on the ground.
