A dark day for trans people. Alabama passes SB184 which forcibly medically detransitions all trans teens. It will withdraw youth from gender affirming care. It will force trans teens through the wrong puberty in front of all their peers. Terrible... I cry for these kids.

@rachiebytes Thank you for sharing your joy and loss. Miscarriages are often swept under the rug and we’re conditioned to not dwell. But losing a part of you, a wish for your child to grow up is enormously difficult. I am so glad you got to hear the heartbeat today. Congratulations!!

I had a miscarriage at 5w6d in November 2021. It was my first pregnancy and absolutely heartbreaking. Today I’m 7w4d in my second pregnancy and had my first appointment this morning where I got to hear and see the heartbeat. 🥲
