and this isn’t fair to my friends either. they’re allowed to have other friends. i think it might be past trauma of my old friends abandoning me for new people and relationships. when my friends talk to new people my brain tells me im in danger of losing them to their new friends

i went from having anxious attachment 2 years ago to being as avoidant as possible and it fucking sucks cause one moment i’ll be so in love and then the next i want nothing to do with you

but also why do i get jealous so easily? not just romantically but platonically as well. i could be avoidant but the minute i see my friends hanging out with someone other than me it’s like a burning sensation spreads through my chest
