J’aime trop les nouveaux parents.
Same, j’ai évité les sucres industriels comme la peste et aujourd’hui Miss Dino est indifférente aux sodas. Elle en boit à de rares occasions, mais n’en a jamais réclamé à la maison car pas dans ses habitudes alimentaires.

Je parlais à ma mère du fait que pour l’instant, je refusais de donner des gâteaux industriels et des boissons sucrées à mon fils de 18 mois, en disant que je préférais lui donner un fruit frais et de l’eau pour le goûter. Elle me dit : « Bah moi je te donnais des biberons avec du coca et du jus et t’es pas morte » BAH JUSTEMENT je suis obèse et j’ai eu une addiction aux boissons sucrées et je me bats pour revenir à un poids normal 🥰
