We’re in week 8, so it’s still early to collect points and there isn’t much competition yet.
Farming perps in a bear market has been a very good strategy, imo.

Have a nice weekend, guys - we’re finally starting to see some life in the market 💚 There’s been so much good news lately, and I have a feeling we could see a longer rally. There were so many people waiting for one more crash to 40-50k, so maybe this time it won’t happen - but the market is so volatile, and everything can turn bad at any moment. When I started writing the post, there was already news about the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, kek 🫠 I’m still doing some airdrops, but my main focus is on perps, which have the best risk to reward, in my opinion. Most of the time, the airdrop rules on perps are clear and we know what to expect. I’ll write more about what I’m doing soon. (not only perps) The meta is far from over, in my opinion - $BASED pumped to over $300M FDV, and $EDGE is at $1.4B, all happening in a deep bear market. We’re at a point where everyone is tired of losing money in Web3 after a long down only period and doesn’t want to spend money farming perps. So now is the best time to farm with low competition. On most perp DEXs, there are a maximum of around 15k people with weekly points - imagine what will happen in a bull market. I recently added one more perp DEX to my list because it’s super early, and I have a 200% boost for one month, so I’ll test it and try to get some points early. We pushed a UI refresh today.
Our goal is to make Perpl feel like a precision instrument, a serious tool built on top of serious tech.
Tighter spacing, deeper shadows, harder corners, richer darks.
There are many, many, small changes, some of which are quite subtle, but the through-line is density without noise. Stripping out what is unnecessary, refining everything that works.
Here are some of the key updates:
- Spacing: 8px → 4px
Denser layout, more data, less air
- Corners: 8r → 4r
Squarer edges, more technical
- Depth: Stronger deboss
Surfaces feel engraved rather than painted
- Texture: Tactile
Switches and sliders you want to press and move
- Colour: Deeper + more purple
Richer blacks, purple greys, cooler, darker
Small individual changes. Big difference on screen.
A few components were changed significantly. The order book padding is gone entirely, and the layout is tweaked to focus attention and makes the panel feel alive. The positions panel at the bottom has also had a layout overhaul, bringing improvements in usability.
