@bobbyllew Would you be able to help. VW have no idea about this offer in their dealerships, but I would like to take them up on the offer that is on the corporate website.

Please can somebody tell me where I can actually get this deal. VW dealerships have no idea about it. The online finance configurator doesn't show it, webchat can't tell me, all other hire firms don't get close. I want this and I want it now.

@UKVolkswagen can you tell me how I get this deal on your website? No-one in the dealership network know anything about it.

@UPS_UK more than disappointed in your service this week. 24hour delivery last Friday to Monday & not arrived. Replacement before 10.30 today & not arrived. This is costing £1000s in downtime now. My supplier is apologetic but I want to rant at you for the problem.

@SF_England He has, he was told to send me a hard copy of the fin info form to complete and upload. Hence I'm trying to sort it out for him as I can't do that even if I wanted to as it says my end is complete and won't take the info either online or from a scan.

@SF_England Can you explain why my account says I have to give Fin Info. In the my account page. But in my applications I'm supporting page it says I've completed it. I have completed it. But the student end says I haven't.

@SF_England No, just the one son this year.

@SF_England Yes it says "for academic year 2022/23" in the subject line. And in my applications I'm supporting it says the 2022/23 year submission is complete. But my son's end tells him I've not done it.
