Paul brings more than 25 years of mining experience across underground and surface operations, with a strong track record in mine planning, drill-and-blast optimization, and operational leadership. Most recently with Nevada Gold Mines, Paul served as a Drill & Blast Subject Matter Expert, driving performance improvements and standardization across multiple operations. Prior to that, he led long-term underground mine planning and held senior leadership roles at Turquoise Ridge, overseeing ventilation, geotechnical, and life-of-mine planning. His career also includes leadership positions with Newmont and Hecla Mining Company, where he successfully guided operations from ramp-up to full production and managed multidisciplinary technical teams. At Bunker Hill, Paul will play a key role in strengthening our technical foundation as we advance commissioning activities and move toward production in 2026. Our primary mill and conveyor systems are completing dry commissioning and will be ready to transition to wet commissioning with ore. The mill will be turning at full speed, an important milestone as systems come together. We are also beginning to fill tanks and move into wet commissioning of the flotation cells and associated pumps, marking another step toward an integrated, fully functioning process circuit. In parallel, installation of the retaining wall for the ore stockpile and crushed hopper feed ramp is set to begin, while the crushers are scheduled for commissioning next week. Julie is a highly accomplished underground mining professional whose experience spans productivity optimization, short-range planning, and integrated data systems across complex operations. Most recently at Rio Tinto, she has focused on identifying operational bottlenecks, advancing digital mining workflows, and building real-time performance visibility through tools such as Deswik, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms. Prior to that, Julie held a series of progressively senior technical and leadership roles at Nevada Gold Mines and Barrick Gold, where she developed deep expertise across underground planning, geology, and production. Her ability to bridge technical disciplines with practical execution has made her a trusted partner to both operations and engineering teams. Julie brings a disciplined, outcomes-focused approach, shaped by her service in the U.S. Army, and a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in safety, efficiency, and planning reliability.
