i’m supposed to work and she got on me ab calling off bc of my health, and i told her i had no issues anymore, but everything’s just getting worse. i can get a drs note but i feel anxious if i stay home or come in late. ugh why is everything so stressful 🫩

i’ve had a kidney infection since at least october and i’m resistant to every antibiotic they put me on, and i’ve had no appetite bc of the meds, so i relapsed lol. so between the med side effects and poor nutrition i feel like ive hit rock bottom health wise-
