Pickard was having a pretty lousy year, but anything is better than Jarry? I wish I had ALL the hockey knowledge to be able to give the most informed answer.

Whenever oil drops even $1 under the Alberta govt budget's projected price, all the usual lefties loudly attack the govt.
I always remind them the projection is an annual average.
And it still is.
But they sure are quiet now oil's at $93, versus a projected $60, aren't they?
