OPEN CHALLENGE: Prove that the $9M of income that Joe Biden reported on his 2017 tax return was legitimate. Go!
I’ve been a CFO for almost 20 yrs, and I did the work back in 2020 of analyzing his tax return and financial filings as an elected official. My theory was that even crooks don’t fail to pay taxes, including on illicit income, because it’s the easiest conviction. With so much rumbling about foreign income in the news, I decided it would be a good place to check out Joe.
So I looked at his taxes and immediately noticed the financial elephant in the room. Massive income had flowed in via two new S-Corps (one for Joe and another for Jill) right after he left office in 2017. Joe had raked in over $9M. What was the source? Well, it was impossible to determine. Joe’s upstream S-Corp tax return with K1s was never released. It effectively served as a shield, even as Joe bragged that he’d released his taxes. The truth was that only his individual return was provided to the public, and it had no detail of the sources behind the $9M reported.
The press had lapped up the explanation that it was all from his book deal, but I ran the simple math to show that such large income was impossible on a book that sold few copies. His speaking engagements didn’t add up either.
Where did it come from? Well, we still don’t know. Mark Levin read my piece on the air, pounding the table the entire time, and said I was exactly right. Joe Biden did not earn that money from his paltry book sales.
Dems love to talk about phony Russia scandals and indictments of their opponents, but none of them will take my offer … prove that Joe earned that $9M from legal means.
Oh … and btw, Joe removed his individual tax returns from online after my article appeared. Wonder why? One can guess. I do know that I saved a copy.
