@output Hi, I have been a user of arcade for quite some time now and have had to switch to another mac. Everytime I try to log in it fails. I have requested a link to reset my password on may occasions and never received an email. I have logged several tickets with no reply.

What a night we had! Breaking down on the M1 and having to get towed back to Leeds 😅 We are going to have to sort out our car / transport for the rest of the tour before we play Outpost in Liverpool on Saturday 😱

@bobbrazill Hi. That's usually a decline from the patrons' cards rather than an issue with your account. We can help them 1:1 though. Ask them to go to patreon.com/faq and click on send us a note near the bottom of the page.

@ditto_support They have been sat in a "in review" status for quite some time and almost definitely have not been sent to stores which has massively impacted our pre save ability and playlist campaign. Can someone from Ditto please message me so that I can go through the issues.
