First post in a while… I’m running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for an amazing cause, @bobbycoppingfdn. The foundation provides mental health support within 48 hours of people reaching out. If you can donate, that would be amazing - if not, please repost ❤️ Link ⬇️

Not only this but Andrew is incredibly inspiring having just completed his first marathon which took place along the Norfolk Coastal Trail featuring 5km across sandy beach - no easy challenge! 💙

The Urban Penguin has been a huge part of the charities growth since day one, we would not be here today without his continued generosity.

We would like to thank Andrew Mallett from @theurbanpenguin for making a generous donation to BCF, allowing us to continue funding professional counselling services to all.

Tomorrow, Tom is taking on his first ever marathon, with Storm Amy, it’s going to be an even tougher challenge! Let’s show him some love and help spur him on, every donation, big or small, means the world, all money raise goes to funding counselling to anyone who needs the BCF.
