This woman left her dog with a dog sitter. Concerned about a photo that the dog sitter sent to her, she asked the sitter what was on the collar of the dog. @FLCons This girl was left in a tiny kennel, no cover from the weather, with a bark collar, turned up high. Instead of barking, it was a bark/scream combination - pissed me off. I broke her out and threw away the collar. Within a month, owners gone, pup mine.
