Central banks are exploring digital currencies (CBDCs) but the toughest question is... How do you make them programmable, private and yet fully compliant? RaylsLabs offers one compelling model. CBDCs inside Rayls Governance, privacy & control in the @RaylsLabs ecosystem, CBDC tokens are issued not on standard public chains but inside the Rayls Privacy Node using their Enygma protocol. The central bank mints or burns the CBDC (so supply control stays with the state).
