3 Month Fitness Review -> Same System, New Mindset
When my twins arrived, I realised something had to change - mentally and physically.
Running a business takes stamina; raising three babies takes brute strength (sometime stroller doesnt work)
So I built a system: train 5-6 days a week, no excuses.
If I can push through a workout when I don’t feel like it, I can push through a tough sales call, fund raise call, or handle 3 crying babies at the same time.
🟩 Bench Press +20 %
🟨 Overhead +33 %
🟦 Pull-ups +100 %
🟧 Dumbbell +67 %
🟥 Deadlift +33 %
🟪 Front Squat +57 %
⬛ Back Squat +17 %
📉 Body-fat 19.8 % → ~16-17 %
What I’m learning:
- Discipline is overrated. System matters.
- Finding Purpose is a lifelong journey; take your time and figure it out.
- A training system = a business system. Show up, measure, iterate.
- Consistency > intensity. 1 % better daily compounds fast.
Three months left to hit my targets.
Same plan: log the sets, lift my 3 kids, scale the company.💪💪
