It's been a year since St. Louis rejected Concrete Strategies' proposal for a big development on a long-vacant North City site. Not only is the request for proposals still open, but the city won't say if it's gotten other bids.

They understand your a convicted felon lying about the proposal. You and your proxy have been completely dishonest about the proposal from the beginning. People should go see the facility in Hazelwood, which is beautiful and has hundreds of jobs many of them moved from the city. There is no batch plant. It’s our concrete operations, maintenance and vehicle repair and fabrication. Great high paying jobs that were lost from the north side. It’s on Campus Parkway.

Heartbreaking: After countless pleas for a warming bus from many, someone tragically lost their life to the cold near City Hall. Now, a bus is available, but only from 5-7 PM? This is not leadership, it's negligence. We demand change and protection for our city's most vulnerable.
