Tonight at the State of the Union, @POTUS asked everyone in the chamber to stand if they believe the first duty of our government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT STAYED SEATED. If you can’t stand up for Americans get the hell out of Congress!

As promised after last session, I’ll be sponsoring legislation to fix Wyoming’s Second Amendment Preservation Act. This bill will strengthen state sovereignty, protect our law enforcement, and ensure Wyoming-not Washington-sets enforcement priorities, while staying constitutional and workable. We can defend the Second Amendment AND back the blue. Wyoming will do both.

To quote the great President Reagan: “No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Actually, a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we'll ever see on this earth!”

The legislators in black robes (aka Supreme Court) are back in action here in Wyoming. Today they overturned pro life laws that were passed by overwhelming majorities in the Legislature and enacted by the Governor. This fight is not over.

Wyoming owes Senator Cynthia Lummis a tremendous debt of gratitude for her decades of service to our state and nation. A fierce advocate for Wyoming values, Cynthia is truly a legend in Wyoming politics. Thank you for your service to Wyoming.
