Kind of depends on which variants they are. If these are the J variants used for CSAR, then they've just lost a third of their aircraft capable of in flught refueling their CSAR helicopters. Keep in mind that aircraft are mandated to have periodic maintenance and as a rule, 1/3 of the fleet is out of action at any given time. So if these are the Js, they'd probably have only 2 left operational right before a major invasion.
