Players like Rodri, Bernardo, Jorginho, Fernandes, Guimaraes or even Alex Scott would drop deep to receive and create passing options.
I’ve never seen a metronome hide from the ball like this or show such poor awareness under pressure. We’ve basically got David Raya doing the playmaking from goal.

This team has outgrown Odegaard as a starter.
It's just the sad truth.
Arsenal needs a gritty yet technically gifted player as the playmaker and not a ballerina that looks sexy on the ball yet deliver subpar end results.
