Mailing me a medical bill is the least efficient way to get me to pay a bill. I hate that it’s the default. Is this a generational thing. Or do we all hate checking the mail? How often do you check your mail?

My resting heart rate also jumped Thursday. If I had been paying closer attention I would have caught this early. I’m good now but the data from a simple watch is amazing.

.@Apple health and my Apple Watch have been invaluable in my cancer and other health tracking. I think I was infected with COVID on Tuesday in this data. Thursday O2 sats started dropped but I left fine. Then they got worse. I started steroids Sunday and sats got better.

@soozibags He thinks my recent shortness of breath is covid (or other respiratory virus) and not cancer. It’s been made better by steroids

Waiting room floor Local oncology. I’m m in the carpet portion of the waiting room. It’s ok but a little too busy. If I was having nausea it wouldn’t be helping. 7/10

@lieulieubell The carpet in my radiation oncology waiting room was literally 🤮 inducing. I couldn’t look at the floor. I was back in the area a few weeks ago and peeked in. Happy to see they had replaced it with laminate.
