@ctlyle1 @AmericanAir I’ve seen the same thing. The other thing that is interesting is we are supposed the upgraded as early as 48 hours before departure and my upgrade always happens at the last minute they are trying to sell them up until the last minute.

I have platinum status on @AmericanAir. The first year, I got upgraded fairly often…maybe once out of every 4/5 flights.
The last few years of retained status, I’ve been upgraded 1-2x, flying fairly frequently and mostly American hubs. Wonder what changed…

The most @AmericanAir thing I saw today on their website. Not only are their planes always delayed, but because they have to deal with so many customer complaints, even their complaint department is delayed.

Really disappointed in the customer service from @AmericanAir. As a loyal AAdvantage member, I explained family circumstances and asked for a one-time exception on a flight credit that expired a couple months ago. denied at every level. Losing the full amount over this is tough.

Flying @AmericanAir from JFK to Rome in Business class to treat my wife for our 40th anniversary. They just announced we don’t get our reserved meals but, instead, the same pasta or beef options for coach. Someone screwed up the catering order - Unbelievably incompetent
