@hattonsgrace1 @Paraic_Fanning No agreed, but if you are not 100% sure you dont give that yet he was sure, despite his hand never touching the ground. Everyone makes mistakes, but but I feel like when you referee the game quite fussily you need to get more decisions right.

@hattonsgrace1 @Paraic_Fanning He gave frees for a pick up where the ball clearly bounced, blew too many soft frees for the game to open up. Gave a free for a clear flick off hurl, way too fussy. Was poor for both teams

only error I saw was the Rob Downey over hand handpass, which shud not have been a free , but is nearly impossible to referee

Sam is in based on the coaches feeling, they know more than anyone else, and Crowley didnt do enough to start based on form, he did better than SP now and expect him to start next week

The most frustrating thing is that before the next game there will still be a debate about who starts.

@Callama_ @eggbeg101 @TheLooseH If Crowley was bossing all around him since Xmas onwards I'd understand but he's been poor. Had some bad moments as well as the good. Will start next week.

@eggbeg101 @TheLooseH Andy Farrell has caused this problem by trying to reinvent the wheel that won the six nations with Crowley at 10. I agree he gets lots of stick, some unneccessary, but this will happen when a good player gets dropped for an unproven player.

Really poor game for Ireland. So many errors. Zuliani unlucky to be on the losing team, the better team argubly lost. They were better in the scrum, the loose often too. Crowley was good when he came on and then started dropping off and the missed tackle and kick at end a worry.

@newryhurler1 Have to disagree, he has 2 options of "good" handpasses to give and gives the 3rd poorest option. Then ref blows for a free, and the same player kicks the ball up knowing its a free against his team and lifts it beyond the player trying to start an attack. Great call by ref.
