Kriminalforsorgen har begået en ret dum fodfejl i deres iver for at putte mig i fængsel. De har givet mig en frist til fredag den 18. april til at svare på deres svar til min partshøring og aktindsigt. Problemet er, at de endnu ikke har givet mig de dokumenter, der skal danne fundament for mit svar, hvorfor det er temmeligt svært for mig at overholde fristen. En del af god forvaltningsskik er, at borgerne skal have rimelig tid til at forholde sig til fx partshøringer - men god forvaltningsskik er jo heller ikke ligefrem på mode i den offentlige forvaltning i disse tider. Jeg tror det ender med, at jeg er nødt til at forlænge min frist nogle måneder. En metode der er meget brugt af myndighederne, når de ikke lige gider at overholde lovbestemte frister for aktindsigt.
