@realbazwhitt Less than, but my point is if you look at away fans across the league that compares - Swindon came with 1300 this year and are significantly bigger, likewise Giliingham. For a small club BW do ok, but gates will never get to what eg. you guys, Oldham, Swindon get.

Boreham Wood winning the National League play offs would be the worst possible outcome. Another team with no fan base to bring 50 fans to BP if we don't go up

@Mcgoo_84 So out of interest what does not constitute ‘bin juice’ club in your opinion? Those who just avoided relegation? Bromley’s rise should be applauded. their year-year attendance rises reflect their success. Barnet arguably punching above their weight too given location issues…

When it comes to defence, Keir Starmer is all talk and no trousers. The Defence Investment Plan is nine months late. We literally have no plan for rearming our country - no plan for our equipment and munitions purchases. This is a national scandal.

England banning Kanye West from entering the country because of his past comments is insane. No American citizen should be barred from entering England for any public commentary on any subject, no matter how offensive, period.

@danielgregoryy @The_BeeBrief Collinge a red, but the CB simulated also - no face contact. The pen red as no attempt to play the ball so no double jeopardy in my view…player lucky. But that’s football. On to the next one.

@danielgregoryy @The_BeeBrief Dan, Collinge shouldn’t have reacted, but your man goes down holding his face when there was no face contact - tells you all you need to know. As for Tshimanga if referring to the pen, plenty of Brom supporters saying pen and red. Tough run in for you, but hope you go up.

@McFaul Michael, nothing will change until there is an administration change. The one man wrecking ball and his entourage (PH et al) have severely damaged the US’s standing. My bet is he’ll leave NATO and the US defense industry will be massive losers. Hope you don’t run out of generals!

I regret that some NATO allies are denying us access to our bases in their countries. I also regret that the US president threatened to invade and annex NATO countries. This ridiculous Trump policy is obviously negatively impacting our national security now. I hope both of these issues within NATO can be overcome soon.

@The_BeeBrief The tale of the season. Massive officiating calls, but if you don’t take your chances…think of at least three where we should have scored - one of those has to go in. I’d love us to reach the playoffs but think we are a way off staying up if we went up. Keep building for 26/27.

Had a bit of time to cool off after yesterday and I’m still not sure I’m quite over it 😂 Is there anything worse than conceding in the 101st minute to lose all three points? That said, despite the stick from the Bromley fans, fair play to them for believing right until the end. We can feel hard done by the awful decisions that went against us, on another day, that’s our win. But as we know ourselves from last season, the teams that go up are often the ones that find those late goals. I actually think we’re on a very similar path to Bromley. They had a strong first season in League Two, and I’ve got full faith in the management team to get the recruitment right next season to help us take that next step. The last three games have shown exactly what we’re capable of. Five games left though and we’ll be making the trip to Fleetwood on Monday. It’s not over yet… you never know 👀😂🐝

@bromleywithlove Grafted today. Thought the ref was poor, big decisions that impacted the game. Let a lot go which played into your physicality. But, we should have scored at 2-1, game over, we didn’t and fair play, you went all out for your equaliser. Hope you go up but you have a tough run in!

Whenever an opposing fan or media type asks me about Bromley and why they are where they are. I point out that Bromley have only lost 5 league games all season. I just don't think any side has a better never say die spirit.

@megbasham US journalist who does no research - shock. Given that there has only been one Easter message in the last 100 years by a sitting Monarch, why don’t you focus on things closer to home and let the UK worry about the UK?

@Mr_Andrew_Fox Tedious engineer here, trying to destroy bridges simply shows that they’ve run out of anything else to hit. Same in Kosovo in 99, lots of bridges with holes on the deck but still being used…if destroyed properly a BGE’s dream:)

Ludicrous. Of course bridges can be legitimate military targets. Anyone who has endured the tedious misery of a Royal Engineers ground analysis backbrief will know how vital bridges can be for both offensive and defensive military operations. As long as you don't go one too far.
BBC Radio 4 Today@BBCr4today

"You don't hit schools, you don't hit energy sources, you don't hit bridges: those are war crimes." UN humanitarian chief Tom Fletcher criticises actions in the Iran war and says leaders have chosen 'game show gambling' over humanity by hitting civilian infrastructure.

Unfortunately, Western Europe will never say thank you to the US. Eastern Europe will. NATO’s head, Mark Rutte, will say thank you. But sadly England, France, and Spain won’t.
Eylon Levy@EylonALevy

The European Union is waking up to news that the Iranian regime has missiles that can reach the whole of Western Europe. It should say THANK YOU to the United States and Israel for destroying Iran’s nuclear weapons program and obliterating its ballistic missile industry.

People harping on end game make me boil. You guys were few months away from all being a German colony if not for the American. And they’ve kept the peace through the NATO alliance an even having boots on ground in almost every country. Churchill and penning weren’t talking about endgame when they were begging FDR for help and if not for the japanese actions at pearl harbour, Americans won’t be joining the war.

You want the NATO allies to join you in a war you started without ever consulting these allies about the war or explaining your war aims. We’re meant just to meekly fall in line. You recently supported a US invasion of a NATO ally (Denmark/Greenland) but now you want these same allies to join your war. Your president disparaged and misrepresented the role of NATO allies in Afghanistan. But now you want them to join with you again in a war of your making. You went to war with Iran without a thought of how to keep the Strait of Hormuz open and without involving your allies in the matter. But now you want the NATO allies to bail you out, even though there’s still no plan for Hormuz. You want the NATO allies to join you in a war in which you still cannot articulate the endgame. Or what victory would look like. You went to war thinking the Iranian regime would quickly topple, that Tehran would not attack the Gulf States or close Hormuz. Why would we align with such Epic Stupidity? You and other know-nothing blowhards started this war all on your own. You can finish it on your own. If you’re able to …
Lindsey Graham@LindseyGrahamSC

Just spoke to @POTUS about our European allies’ unwillingness to provide assets to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning, which benefits Europe far more than America. I have never heard him so angry in my life. I share that anger given what’s at stake. The arrogance of our allies to suggest that Iran with a nuclear weapon is of little concern and that military action to stop the ayatollah from acquiring a nuclear bomb is our problem not theirs is beyond offensive. The European approach to containing the ayatollah’s nuclear ambitions have proven to be a miserable failure. The repercussions of providing little assistance to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning are going to be wide and deep for Europe and America. I consider myself very forward-leaning on supporting alliances, however at a time of real testing like this, it makes me second guess the value of these alliances. I am certain I am not the only senator who feels this way.
