Lo más gracioso de la funa a Toby Fox es que realmente la gente se hubiera enojado menos si simplemente decía "No quiero traducirlo porque me da paja" o algo así, pero prefirió dar la excusa más pedorra y sin sentido que hay. Quiero decir, realmente el pibe cree que la historia de Undertale fue hecha por Shakespeare y que es imposible de traducir cuando casi cualquier otra obra mucho más compleja y menos famosa está adaptada y sin problemas a otros idiomas. El querer convencer a alguien con esa excusa tan mala es casi un insulto para la inteligencia de sus fans o sus ex fans 😬💦

A lot of this controversy comes from people's inability to see translation as its own art form. I understand the frustration of not having a game in your native language, but there is an egregious amount of work that goes into polishing translations and making good LOCALIZATIONS

It's funny the amount of people who are saying "real professionals would do this easily" as If there isn't an entire book about how complex it was to translate UT and why Toby's participation was essential. If you don't want to believe me at least believe professionals

I think people also underestimate how essential Toby's vision is to UT's experience. It's not just about trusting professionals, he has already been working with professionals for years now. It's that basically every piece of text contains 7 double meanings only he knows
