The revisionist history of the NFL/Kaepernick/JAY-Z timeline is hilariously disingenuous. - 2016, Kaepernick kneeled after being benched & said he was kneeling due to police brutality. He did NOT call for a boycott of the NFL. - 2017, Kaepernick was blackballed by the NFL. He sued the NFL for collusion. Still no call for a boycott of the NFL. He was actually trying to play again. - 2018, Kaepernick still out of the league & begging to be let back in. STILL NO CALL TO ACTION. NO BOYCOTT OF THE NFL OR THE POLICE. -Feb 2019, Kaepernick SETTLES out of court with the NFL. Still begging to play. STILL NO CALL TO ACTION. NONE OF THE BLACK PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE BOYCOTTED FOR HIM. THEY DIDN’T ORGANIZE FOR HIM. THEY ALLOWED THEIR BROTHER TO BE BLACKBALLED & DIDN’T DO A THING ABOUT IT. - August 2019, JAY-Z does partnership with NFL. Kaepernick’s wife, Ava, & Jemele Hill says JAY-Z helped the NFL blackball Kaepernick. How???? The partnership was THREE YEARS LATER & AFTER A SETTLEMENT! - 2019 JAY-Z pressured Roger Goodell to give Kaepernick a workout. Kaepernick didn’t show up to the location, instead he hosted his own workout, & showed up with a slavery shirt implying that the NFL are the massas. If that’s true, WHY ARE YOU TRYING SO HARD TO GET BACK IN? Also, he called the owner of The Ravens a slave master & disrespected Ray Lewis. - 2026, Kaepernick has NEVER made a call to action. The kneeling was about police brutality but he ultimately did nothing with his leadership moment besides start a foundation that teaches civil rights. He never called for a boycott of the NFL. He never organized a boycott to combat police brutality. & JAY-Z is seen as the enemy instead of the police & the NFL 🤣😭
