Mine is muscle related. Continuous spasms putting pressure on sciatic nerve. Both legs. I've had a spinal stimulator implant for 10 yrs bc mine was 24/7. If not for that, I'd be completely immobile. I tried everything prior to and never got more than a days relief. Still have issues at times, but I can function more now. 🙏🙏
